Registration will take place on 3/6/10 and 3/20/09 at the Mt Pleasant Community Center from 9am - 1pm.
Fee will be $85 per child (refunds will be given through June 30th).

After 3/20/10, the late registration fee will be $150, and your child will be put on a waiting list, so please make sure to register on time.


For those of you whose child has played in Fall 2009, just come to registration with a check in hand...a pre-printed registration form will be handed to you.

For all others, including first time players, please follow the instructions below.

Hello parents,
 
It's time for AYSO soccer registration for next Fall ( Fall 2010 / Spring 2011 seasons).
 
Please forward this email to anyone you know that may want to sign up their kid(s) to play AYSO soccer, especially those with kids that will be entering Kindergarten next Fall as many of these parents don't know about AYSO.
 
REGISTRATION DATES
When: March 6th and March 20th,  9am - 1pm on both Saturdays
Where: Mt Pleasant Community Center

If your child played this past Fall we will have pre-printed forms at registration for you to sign...no need to read any further.
 
If your child didn't play this past Fall, then read on......
 
PRE-REGISTRATION (only if your child didn't play this past Fall)
PRE-Register your child prior to coming to registration.
Go online to www.EAYSO.org and type your (parent/guardian) information as well as your child's information.
This should take about 5 minutes to complete.
 
If this is the first time you are logging into the EAYSO system, you should click on the "First Time" button and follow all screens to input your and your child's information.
 
As you begin typing in your information, please remember that we are AYSO Region 221
When you get to the screen where you enter your child's information, please make sure you enter the school your child WILL BE attending in September and the grade he/she WILL BE IN (the grade is in the "Location Code" field as a drop down list when you click on it).  This information is extremely important for when we make up the teams.
 
Once you have input the information, you will need to print out two (2) copies and bring them with you to Registration Day...you cannot register your child to play unless you PRE-Register him/her (please read ENTERING CHILD'S INFO below).  If your child has NOT played in Mt Pleasant AYSO before, you will also need to bring a copy of the child's birth certificate as proof of age.
